1.2 Non-Consensual Content

• Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real individuals without consent
• Revenge porn or intimate images shared without consent
• Private information shared without authorization

1.3 Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Violence, gore, or physical harm
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Illegal activities or instructions
• Dangerous weapons or explosives

1.4 Hateful or Discriminatory Content

• Hate speech targeting protected groups
• Harassment or bullying
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Extremist propaganda

1.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Trademark infringement
• Copyright violations
• Unauthorized use of identifiable brands or celebrities
• Counterfeit goods representation

2. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation to enforce this policy:

• Automated filtering: AI-based detection of prohibited content
• Manual review: Human moderators review flagged content
• User reporting: Community members can report violations

3. Enforcement Actions

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or your account wrongfully terminated, you may appeal by contacting support@conpera.ai. We will review appeals within 5 business days.
