Billing Questions
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
You can purchase additional credits at $0.15 per generation, or upgrade to a higher plan. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support@conpera.ai for a full refund.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Professional plan includes a 7-day free trial with 50 generations. No credit card required to start.
